These apartments are nice, not in a "ghetto" area, grounds are always kept clean, and lawns mowed... However the appliances are rather old in the apartments, dont get me wrong they work, but also break eaisly... Our fridge is dented and rusty, when maintenance came to look at it, they left a not saying "works fine, just small dent" It becomes embarrsing to have the ugly thing in our kitchen.
The sinks in the bathroom are just painted and chipping, as well as the bathtub. The tiles in our shower are cracking around the handles and spout for the tub/shower. Our sinks and tub also drip water.
One night in the middle of the summer our air went out, we called maintenance and had to almost get nasty with them to have to man on call to come out and fix it (it broke again 2 days later)
The staff is very nice, always helpful, one employee wasnt the best, but she doesnt work there any longer. The staff does have a hard time calling you back when they say they will, but none the less they are very friendly.
The price you pay to live here, for the things you get, is not worth it. the rent has gone up $100 and I cannot imagine paying MORE for what we have now, def. not worth it!!
The area is nice, but you are forced to shop in ghetto areas.
Again, I would spend some more time looking around there are other apartments that you could rent for this amount with better things, but its a good place for people just starting out, if your willing to give it a chance!!
