If you look around, you won't find a better value. The complex is older but is well mantained. The grounds are very pretty. My ac wasn't cooling and maintenance was out within 15 minutes. No kidding! Those guys are professional and always available. The ladies that run the office are extremely polite and very attentive. My unit had an icemaker, w/d hookup and the ac cranked. We also had a split bedroom plan which worked perfect for the 3 of us. Loved the screen porch, big enough to put 3 large resin chairs, a plant stand, 2 side tables, AND my husband's kayak. The pool is beautiful! Nice lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas so you can take your granny to the pool too. I usually had the same parking space right out in front of my apartment. Be kind to the staff, your apartment home is what you put in to it.
