I moved to Fisherman s landing 8 months ago after having a great experience at another Aimco property in Bradenton Fisherman s landing/Solana vista.

Parking is a nightmare! Be prepared to hike from your car to you apartment and the pavement is filled with potholes cracks and very bad patch jobs. The complex is filled with trashy rowdy college students. I am consistently kept awake from parties. The complex has valet trash pick-up for a fee but it is not worth it. People will leave the trash out at inappropriate times and let the MONSTER Raccoons get into it and not pick it up I have to consistently step over other people disgusting garbage. Building and appliances are old. Turn dial clocks on stoves cabinets that are not level and sagging with doors that won t shut all the way. My blinds and cabinets are nicotine stained from previous renters. My AC has broken 5 times in the 8 months I have lived here and each time they just clean it or add Freon to it and go figure it quits again.

If you are a college student and don t give a crap about where you live then by all means move here otherwise stay away. there are many other places much nicer for the same price.
