The property mangement is dirty and nasty just look at the office and the way she looks. i can imagine what her house looks like. she also alows trash on the front doors of residents apartments because she does it to and that means it ok for the residents to do as well.landscaping is ugly,the outside of the property has a very very poor half done paint job.property manager walks arroung bare foot thats just getto as he.. the parking is a total nightmare 1 parking spot per unit and 2 vistor parking spots in the whole apartment complex that really sucks. dont move here unless you like the nasty,dirty, getto looking complex.

first off you spelled allow, too and ghetto incorrectly. secondly i am only assuming since you can't spell, you probably don't have an education, which in many books that defines Ghetto as hell, but you're probably white...so sorry, you are white trash. good thing you don't stand out in front of your door, because you would just be a hypocrite. i have been there. the place is not so bad. true it is not a beach front condo, but considering the price it's not "too" bad. thridly and probably lastly, if you say the place is under new management, which it isn't, he is the cheap scape and not the employees. the employees only work with the funds that are given to them, by management. so ----- at management. and you live in florida, everybody is barefooted. dont be jealous because you have some stanky ass toes....let them true colors shine!! beeeeatch

Hey SUCKRATES, sounds like you are part of the problem at the complex. If you wanna live in some dive have at it but don't try turning a decent place into some DUMP because you don't have any respect for yourself or the people around you. Keep on sleeping in until around 1 pm, get up, smoke some chronic and flip on the boob tube to Sci Fi and throw your racist card around, PUNK. Also, walking around in the office there barefooted is unprofessional. Using the "it's Florida" excuse is not acceptabe. Maybe it's the "shizit" in the barn you grew up in, boy, but in most work enviroments it's UNACCEPTABLE. Maybe when you were throwing pig slop on the farm it was OK but not in an office enviroment. Chances are you are probably in with the barefoot PIG in the office getting a few favors thrown your way for whatever. Anyways, SUCKRATES, have a nice day and don't forget to pick up your government assistance check so you can waddle on over to Amscot to cash the check while wearing your Dollar Store Yankees cap sideways and stinking like MD 20/20 and Newports. I laugh in your face, SUCKRATES!

I use to live there years ago and it seems as if it hasn't gotten any better. Noisy, dirty, no rules, horrible. I would never live there again or tell any one about the place.
