The parking is terrible, they will give you the apartment in very bad shape. They will rig up the booboos rather than fix them completely and they take ages to fix anything that really needs to be fixed. The rent is very cheap but you do get what you pay for and this place truly says it all. They had many apartments available at the time we were moving in so what does that tell you' If they were kept up, they wouldn't be charging rent that cheap! Oh yeah, I forgot to mention how the sewer water comes up on the property which seems to happen every other week by the way in the paths people walk to get to and from their apartment. Also, how they just seem to move anyone with a pulse up in here. Oh gee, I wonder why' Personally, I can't wait to move out of this place and also,someone has just bought the property and we've got a new manager too. This place is gross and hopeless. If you can truly afford an apartment that is well kept inside and out, clean and the maintenanace actually does something instead of putting you on a list and getting to it whenever they're good and ready even if it's an emergency that can ruin the apartment itself and the parking is plentiful ,then don't come here unless you mind settling for less. I regret moving here and will truly be happy to move out of this place when my lease is up.
