Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Although it is a good sized apartment for a fair price, half of my appliances don't work and the manager is NEVER in her office during office hours. When she isn't in her office when rent is due she will try to charge you a late fee even though you dropped off your rent during office hours. It's a shady situation. If you're moving to Tampa, check out Southern Oaks. Great management, maintence, nice apartments and a gated community.
