I have lived here for 2 years and have had no issues with management or neighbors. Originally when I moved in the old owners did very little to improve the living conditions. The new owners have made vast improvements and continuously improve the area. The location is central to many of the attractions Tampa has to offer and the rent is very comprable. The area is very quiet and management has enforced apartment standards. Electricity and water are a little high but due to its location one can save money on transportation costs. A good choice to save money.
