The walls were paper thin, the place had more roaches than I had even seen in my life, the whole place was filthy and falling apart. The plumbing and wiring were both horrible, the ac unit had wires hanging out of it and never worked. One time we went out to look at it it was shooting out sparks. There was a fire in the dumpster while I was there, the whole neighborhood gave me the feeling that I was in a movie about inner city ghetto gang wars, set some time in the future following a nuclear holocaust. I cannot warn you more not to live here.
