Very large apartments, but no storage space. I live here now, and my roof is caving in and leaks when it is raining. It has been this way for over a year now... Maintenence has promised over and over it would be fixed. The air conditioner was broken for almost a year and they would fill it with freon over and over, but it still wouldnt work right. The electric bill was almost 300 dollars every month. They would not refund any of the money from electric usage, and finally put a new AC in after almost 2 weeks with no AC in the hot hot summer. When AC was installed, they had maintenence do it...not even KNOWING what they were doing, and I woke up one Saturday morning at around 10 am (sleeping with my bed by the window to help from the heat) to hear the maintenence men talking about how they didn't know what they were doing, and cussing up a storm. The porch is falling down up above me from the upstairs neighbors porch, and it is dangerous. I have also told them about this, and brought to their attention that there are young children up above me, and not only am I at danger, but they are especially. My upstairs neigbor has compained many times also. When I first moved in my AC leaked in my hallway, and the carpet came up apart from its binding when they sent cleaners out to my home. They REFUSE to replace the carpet in my apt. when I have been a resident here for over 2 years dealing with this problem. Also, the carpet is coming up in multiple places, and they sent someone out to replace ONLY THOSE SPOTS, leaving me with brand new carpet in some spots, and old carpet in others. I just recently had my carpets cleaned, and they told me that that carpets were shot, the padding needed to be replaced, and I told the leasing agents and they STILL have yet to view the APT. to see the prolems. There have been 2 fires in the apts that I have witnessed, 3 that I know of since I have lived here. We are supposed to have security, but there is none. I have a puppy and there isnt even any grass for her to go potty on when I walk her. A man in an APT. near me died, was dead in his APT for a week, and THEY DIDNT REPLACE THOSE CARPETS. They were just cleaned and dyed. Isn't that nice' I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THESE APTS. Granted, the leasing agents and mainetence people are very personable, they do not get things done. Don't waist your money just for the good price. It's not worth it.
