It's about average. Maint. is pretty shoddy and you have to ride the office to get things done but over all it's a fairly decent place. The rent is affordable and the location is pretty centralized to most of Tampa. I recommend this place for people who are tight on living budget and are not too picky about looks. The size of the units are big compared to others so you do get your money's worth per square footage. Parking is a hassle though but to as bad as some other communities I've lived in.
