I haven't lived here a year yet, but I am being let out of my lease and refunded three months rent for maintainenance non compliance. Anyone who rents here should be aware that these apartments are full of mold due to leaking air conditioners and balconies not properly installed. The carpets are horrlible and they staff isn't up to par either. The maintainance men try hard but they are limited to what they can do. The office manager is horrible and along with the rest of staff does everything in her power to ignore you and request. I got a lawyer and got out. The neighbors above me were growing pot plants right in front of the breezeways and nothing was done about it. There are rumors that there is a major crack operation going on in one of the units. All I have to say to that is drive by and you'll know that it is true. GHETTTTTOOOOOO, IS BEING NICE. I'd rather ;ive in the projects they are probably kept better than this.

I have never heard of anyone living in an apt for months without paying rent. maybe you should have notified the office about your marijuana growing neighbors instead of just telling apartmentrating.com. They sure can't do anything about it.

noooooooo!!! Trust me, I have lived in the projects, and this is wayyyyyyyyy better. Move to Carlisle Lakes I bet you'd would wish you'd never left Foxcroft!!!

WHAT EVER ABOUT TELLING THE OFFICE , WHEN THE OFFICE IS TOLD THAT THERE ARE THIEFS AROUND WHAT THE OFFICE SAYS CALL THE COPS, AND THEY DON'T EVEN LOOK INTO WHAT IS GOING ON. MAINT. NEVER AROUND , AND YES YOU ARE RIGHT NO ONE LIVES FOR FREE , BUT WHEN THINGS ARE NOT DONE CORRECTLY YOU CAN GET PAID LIKE THE CASE ABOVE. SHES LUCKY SHE GOT THREE MONTH WHEN THEY DON'T EVEN PAY THE SUB CONTRAC.
