Don't expect to have anything in your apartment fixed after you move in. Maintenance is like a ghost story around here... You think you spot them here or there, but they never show up when you're looking for them. We have requested many things to be fixed since we moved in, many months later... we've yet to meet a maintenance person. Even when we called the emergency maintenace for our toilet not working, they still didn't show. Ended up paying our own plumber. Other than that, the apartments are nice, the office staff is friendly, but you better be a handyman if you plan to have working appliances.
