We are moving to a house in several months and I cannot wait to get out. The roaches are everywhere and our sinks and tubs clog everytime they are used. Maintenance is a joke! This place is cheaper than most, but it is NOT worth it! This place is crap!
Plus our neighbors play the most annoying music at all hours of the night. We have had to call the cops several times! Last year our apartment was robbed on Christmas Eve (I know . . . you can't make this crap up!)
CANNOT WAIT TO LEAVE!

As if the apt. management would really tell you?? Get real. Their sole job is to keep the place at full occupancy. There have been two smash and grab robberies near the back parking lot, with two cars having two passenger side windows broken. Naturally, this isn't something that management would want prospective or current residents to know.

I was interested in this property until I read cutie12's comment..you work in the office? Sweetie, let you tell you that condesending tone will not get you any business! If that is what I would have to put up with, and I know this in advance, why bother!

bigmama12 and cutie123, you both are so sorry, and yes you really can't believe all you read on these site but when you are living it, you need to post it, so yes believe it. Cutie12 as you can seee bigmama123 thinks the office did not know any thing so ya need to get together befor you f--k up more than what ya already have okay.

These apartments are NOT SAFE, if you want a real look to them, go at night time, its a nightmare, there is a gang who sell god knows what and are always hiding from the police patrol,try to park a decent car there and good luck if next morning you find it without a broken window, the neighbors do not respect everybody elses night sleeps because they can go with the music out loud all night, and because of the apartments are so old isulation its something you wont fin here, as well as a home sweet home, definitely go find a better place.
