I have lived here 6 months and I see a change since they have new management. I have seen lots of service men improving things. I heard that the gym will be opening back up soon and maintenance is getting better. I have never had any bugs because I call the office and ask for pest control every month. The office staff has also changed and seem helpful.

YOU MUST WORK AT THE FRONT OFFICE OR KNOW SOMEONE HERE BECAUSE THESE APTS- ARE A F---IN JOKE! SOONER OR LATER YOU WILL PROBABLY NEED TO CALL CODE ENFORCEMENT AND WHAT NEW MANAGEMENT PLEASE THESE SAME TIRED ASS B--CHES STILL HERE.AND THAT'S THE SAME THING I BEEN HEARING FOR A YEAR THE GYM WILL OPEN UP SOON THE LAUNDRY ROOM IS GETTING RENOVATED YEAH RIGHT THE POOL IN THE BACK WHERE I LIVE IS STILL CLOSED AND NASTY LOOKING THESE APTS ARE NASTY AS HELL.

These apartments are NOT SAFE, if you want a real look to them, go at night time, its a nightmare, there is a gang who sell god knows what and are always hiding from the police patrol,try to park a decent car there and good luck if next morning you find it without a broken window, the neighbors do not respect everybody elses night sleeps because they can go with the music out loud all night, and because of the apartments are so old isulation its something you wont fin here, as well as a home sweet home, definitely go find a better place.

I've lived here for 3 yrs now, and there has been a lot of improvement lately since the apartments were bought out. Why have I been here? It's really cheap. Many of the improvements are surface deep, they've done some nice things with the landscaping, but they will never reopen the gym. The apartments are large for the area, though.
