WARNING THIS IS FOR REAL CHECK THE PICS OUT!!!!!!!!!THESE APTS ARE OLD AS HELL AND NEEDS TO BE KNOCK DOWN AND REBUILD ALL OVER(EXTREME MAKEOVER), NEED A BETTER FOUNDATION ,TREES GROWING UNDER THE BUILDINGS AND LIFTING THE BUILDINGS UP.(NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO CUT TREES DOWN) LANDSCAPING IS CRAPPY AS HELL. THEY HAVE TWO POOLS AND ONE IS ONLY OPEN(BY THE OFFICE) THE OTHER POOL IS IN THE BACK AND AIN'T NOTHING BUT A PLAYGROUND FOR RODENTS AND MOSQUITOES AND THEY HAVE TWO LAUNDRY ROOMS ONLY ONE OPEN, THE LAUNDRY ROOM IS NASTY AS HELL , THERE'S TRASH EVERYWHERE AND THE MACHINES ARE FILTHY.
THESE APTS NEED TO BE CONDEMNED QUICKLY. AND FOR ANYONE READING THIS I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR A YEAR AND THIS IS NOT ANY MADE UP STUFF JUST DRIVE BY AND TAKE A WALK AROUND YOU WILL SEE SOME OF THESE F--KED UP FLAWS THE PICS ON THE FOR RENT BOOKS ARE VERY OLD, I KEPT MY APT CLEAN AND STILL THERE WHERE ROACHES AND YES I CALLED PEST CONTROL. YEAH RIGHT,AND INSIDE MY APT I HAD CRACKS IN MY WALL, THE BASEBOARDS,WINDOW SILLS.

Oh my gosh, I TOTALLY agree with you!! I lived here for 13 months, and had a horrible time. The apartments are huge (mine was 1300 sq ft, 2 bd and 2 ba), but that's about it. I kept my apartment clean as well and had flying roaches all the time; pest control would come in, but never any relief. I had a hole in my hallway that looked like an opening for a snake into the ground. The laundry rooms are DIGUSTING!! I actually stopped using them after one of the washing machines runied a whole load of my clothes. I went to the office about it and they said there was nothing they could do. The gym was never opened the whole time I was there even though supposedly they were fixing it the first month I moved in. Watch out if you decide to move here!! And when you move out, make sure you are present when they do your final walk through. I had moved to Brandon and the tried to send me a bill for cleaning that was never done. I said the hell with that and they got nothing!!

These apartments are NOT SAFE, if you want a real look to them, go at night time, its a nightmare, there is a gang who sell god knows what and are always hiding from the police patrol,try to park a decent car there and good luck if next morning you find it without a broken window, the neighbors do not respect everybody elses night sleeps because they can go with the music out loud all night, and because of the apartments are so old isulation its something you wont fin here, as well as a home sweet home, definitely go find a better place.

Wow I didnt know this place had gone down to nothing. I lived here back in 1998 and it was actually a very nice place. I guess nothing stays the same for long. I remember when the pool in the back where I lived was clean and not many people lived there anyway so I guess thats why it wasn't so bad. Oh well If I ever am in Tampa again Ill stop by to see what all the fuss is about.
