ok so i have lived in foxcroft apartments since january 2008... and this has been the longest year of my life... normally i dont like these review sites because its usually just a bunch of bitter people b***hing about stupid issues... but in this case you should notice that everyone on here is complaining about the same things so its not all made up...everyone here is actually miserable...

ill start off by saying that the apartment i live in is at least located by the front pool... i feel sorry for those who live in the back... i have seen the back pool and there is a reason why everyone goes to the front pool... even then, the front pool doesnt get cleaned very often... its usually cloudy due to excessive use of sun screen and what not...when the summer is winding down the pool doubles as a pond for the migrating birds... there are disease infested cats that roam around.. DONT FEED THEM... they will meow by your so loud that you will want to kill them...

on another note the quality of these apartments is terrible... what you are reading in other reviews is true... if you even think about moving here ask to see an empty apartment, not the model one that they show everyone... that one is actually not too bad... its true that when someone moves out that instead of cleaning or fixing things the just go in there with a gallon of white paint and cover it all up... i mean everything... they painted the sagging water stained cabinets, the mold on the bathroom ceiling, the counters, there are still runs on all of the floor boards, they even painted the tub... which i have to say the painting of the tub was by far the worst... every time i tried to clean it i peeled off a new layer of someone elses crud... i wanted to vomit... so i reported it to the office, 4 months later a guy came out sanded it down and repainted it... there is no coating so its gets dirty in like 2 days BUT at least im not cleaning up after the last 6 people who lived here... the carpets were also an issue... i can honestly say that i think this carpet was installed 10 years ago... steaming it doesnt work trust me i have tried... so i deal with it...i wont even walk around without shoes on in my ow apartment... thats sad... even with all that, the apartment wasnt that bad to me considering it was mine and my husbands first place together... but things have gotten so much worse... yup you guessed it BUGS... these roachs are nasty and it doesnt matter if they come out and spray because they spary the perimeter of the room which will just bring them out of hiding... i have bombed the place several times... and only when we had the bug guys stop srpaying was when we had any luck... and we had to line the entire apartment, front door and all, with boric acid (which i highly recommend getting some if you sign a lease...)

the grounds are as i expected... the lawn looks bad the trees are overgorwn and posing a problem on the pools and the buildings... but what i found most decieving was the Club house which is mant. storage locker... and the weight room that has broken windows and was emptied a long long time ago... and the empty wash room ... this building is at the front of the property and its a waste of space... and we all know that they dont plan on doing anything with it... dont even try the back wash room... it is as nasty as everyone as said thus far... find a laundry mat elsewhere...

and i can only allow myself to get robbed so many times... as of today my husbands company van has been broken into twice... once today and once a few months ago... and his car was broken into as well... atleast we put an alarm on his car when the first break in occured because it scared them off quick enough to only break the window and grab the face plate to his radio... but to tally up what was stolen and damaged its somewhere between 5 and 6 thousand dollars worth of equiptment... so we have more than paid for living here... it really doesnt matter where you park either... just recently there was a car right out in the front, visible to dale mabry's passing traffic and it was up on bricks... if you do get robbed dont think that the office will do anything about it... all they will tell you to do is to call their main office and put in a complaint... but on a bright note atleast the punks that were spray painting the property stopped... though they probably just ran out of spray paint...

you get what you pay for... ha... no you dont the rent is not worth it... if i was paying 400 bucks a month i would entertain the idea of being content with foxcroft... but 610 (which is still so cheap) is waaaaaaaaaaaaay too much for this dump... and not only that they have raised the rent once again... so i think what the memo said was that a one bedroom hole in the wall will be a little more than 750 a month... honestly if you are still thinking about moving here then by all means move in and see for yourself... dont say i didnt warn you...

i wish all who live here the best of luck... i know you need it...

The cats are not diseased infested, they are just hungry and abandoned. I feel sorry for them...
