DUMP

This is a nasty disgusting roach infested mess of an apartment complex. I've lived there for a couple of years and it has only gone downhill, in the last year it has gotten VERY BAD.
There is trash everywhere, pitbull dogs living on balconies, drug activity, car thefts and the music is so loud and out of control. I've called the cops so many times but management refuses to do anything about it. In the last month there has been a huge exodus out of the complex and most of us are breaking out leases to get out. We've had one car stolen, two cars broken into to, the children that live at the complex are out of control and to top it off there is now gang activity going on within the complex and management does know about it.
This company also lies about the property! There is only ONE functional laundry room and it is a filthy pigsty of a mess, one pool open which is generally a nasty cloudy mess and there is, more often then not, a dark ring around the edge of the water. During the summer the pool is taken over by people who do not even live there, drinking and wearing next to nothing. You can't take your children any where near it because of the cussing, the flagrant sexual activity and the broken glass at the bottom of the pool. (The people who take it over put the glass there to keep everyone else out.)
If you care about where you live, the safety of your family and wallet, don't go here. However if you like playing loud music, living in filth, bugs and crime then this is the place for you.
My family and I are leaving at the end of the week and breaking our lease. We can not take filth, the lying office staff (Varsha) or the other renegade occupants.
BTW- the previous poster who made the comment about the cats - the cats were actually brought to the complex by a former property manager. She called herself a 'cat foster parent'. As soon as she'd bring them home they would get out of her house (probably because it smelled as bad as she did) and she could not catch them again. The cats are harmless; a lot of residents have taken pity and feed them. The pit bulls that are 'pets' of other tenants are the problem there, not the cats!
