Things I like:
Unit is spacious and affordable and in a great location. The pool is clean and I see them cleaning it everyday. The grounds look great especially in comparison to my original viewing back in February. I just moved in about 6 weeks ago and the apartment I viewed back in February was not attractive. The apartments I viewed in July were much nicer and was very pleased. I rented a 2 bedroom at a cheaper rate than it was in February. I had a couple of items that did need to be taken care of and the maintenance guy was over the next day. The guy and girl in the office are outgoing, open and look generally very happy about their job. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Things I don't like:
No washer/dryer connections except for in a 3 bedroom. There is only one laundromat at the end of the property. They said they were working on installing one in 2010 up front by the office. No tennis net for the tennis court. There are apartment complex's nearby that do not have the best renters, but no issues here at all.
