the rent is very reasonable.however when i moved in less tha a month ago. thee was some chpe paint on my countertop. I repeately asked them to come paint over it and they didnt. and my kitcvhen had roach droppings in the kitchen drawers. lol I do intedn on moving somewhere else when my lease is up.
