The rent is cheap for Tampa, but a studio is very small. The neighbors are often loud and won t turn the music down. With one neighbor, I called the police repeatedly and he wouldn t turn it down. There are a lot of cars rolling by with their loud car music all the time. The walls and the floors are cheaply made. It is easy to hear your neighbor next door running around or belching. I had three break ins into my car while I was living there. The police will stop you there just for walking around at night. Represents Florida as a typically trashy place with a lot of bottom feeders. I guess I m one of them. The $300 pet deposit is non refundable. $10 a month pet rent for each pet. The staff and maintenance are generally good.
