the property is beautiful but they always seem to loose good staff. you finaly get use to somebody and then there gone. we had a great manager that cleaned up the property developed a good relationship with the residents, gave them a positive outlook about the property, they were so disgusted before they were worried that the place would be tore down. the leases went to month to month but with all this going on she made us feel comfortable. then they got rid of her by sending her to another property. thats when all the madness started. the maint. lady that was there was great she really new her stuff. sam helped all of the residents with anything they needed... she REALLY CARED... she treated us with respect not like garbage.. then they got rid of her... what are they thinking''''' now we got new people that dont no what they are doing... they have the grounds guy doing maint. so our apts look like ---- now. our work orders was at the point of the same day geting done to now its a month (if u are lucky) thats cause they cant find good help they already had a good staff till they got rid of them. so if you plan on moving here watch out cause the new mgr is a royal ***** she has no people skilss and asks as if she is above everyone else...
