I have lived here for about 3 1/2 years and when I first moved in it was a great place to live. I have seen it go down hill over time. I may have complaints but I still loved living here, almost everyone in my bld have been here 5 years and I love and will miss them all. I've have read everyone else's statements about security, although the secruity team has sucked for awhile I have never felt unsafe here. Yes I have had bug problems but you'll find that anywhere. Since the property had been sold it does seem like they'll let anyone with the deposit move in and for the past year the not so classy people have moved in. The people next to me are hispanic and have like 3 families living there and their not exactly quite people, none the less they are nice people and other than taking all the parking I have never had a problem with them. If they weren't closing the place down I would still be living here and I think that the screening process would be a lot more strict. I will truely miss living here and I am sad that we have to leave, I have live in several apartments and have always moved out after 7 months, this place just seemed homely. My son and I have many great memories here, including bringing my daughter home from the hopital after giving birth. If the place was staying open, I would say yes move here if is a great community at a low price.
