I visited this complex today, looking to rent an apartment. My friend and I walked in and saw through a door way, a lady in what we though was an office (Hello, desk and file cabinets and stacks of paper suggests an Office and plus the words "Office" posted at the entrance). The VERY FIRST words out of her mouth was "Well boys do you usually just walk into someones home uninvited'"

That was enough to make me walk out, but I was stopped when my roommate began to ask about the Apartments. Each question was responded with an "irritated look and an insulting response." I asked if she had a "Mock Apartment" or a "Demo" available for viewing. Her response was yet another "Eye roll" and the words: "Yeah.... demo, thats a good one."

Because she "Thought we were both students" she told us that they "REQUIRE 1 years previous rental history. And we being students, she probably would have nothing available." I am 24 years old and graduated 2 years ago, my roommate is a Grad student. Bottom-line: You don't have to live there to see what kind of treatment you would receive. Every single word out of her moth was a direct and intentional insulting remark.

The grounds, even though we were not allowed to see much of them looked old and run down.
