This place was just bought for 2 million dollars. It would take twice that to completely fix everything wrong with this place. They are very spacious, but maintenance is very horrible, and they need to start from scratch and fix all the problems instead of adding new shingles to run down roofs. Plumbing is a major major major problem. Been here for a while and the leaks are still there when they leave. the mold is ridiculous and they cover it over with drywall and think your not smart enough to know the difference.

I have lived in Granada for approximately 3 yrs and just received a Notice of Intent to Convert to Condominium. The complex is not the best, but the apartments are huge for the money and I was considering purchasing my apartment. Management has gotten much better over the years and I'm mostly happy with the place. Does anyone know what this means for the community?
