I stay in the apartment now (Oct. 2008-June 2009) and first moving here was the beeeest thing to happen. The neighborhood was quiet and the previous manager was on point with everything: (dog feces-p/u,)noise, clean pool, and communication with tenents. Now granted, new manager-new and more issues to work out with residents. My apartment was broken into the first week of Jan. 2009. and next my car window was broken out. The young parents let there children run around all times of the night. The apartment sits between two other complexes and 4am-5am is the mystery for criminals to act or just vandalize property. Now my apartment has termites, I thank a HIGHER POWER for being able to move. The grounds are the best and maintenace works very hard to keep things clean. The dumpter has a problem by being dumped over the weekends.The apartments are spacious and beautiful and this keeps me sane. You can hear your upstairs neighbors if they have children or they walk hard.
