These apartments are huge and beautiful but management is horrible and very racist. I have been living here since Jan of 2009 and now truly regret making the move. When I moved in, they had a very nice and wonderful apartment manager. A month in a half later they replaced her with the manager from hell. The current office manager is lazy, whenever you go into the office she is on the phone gossiping (thank God for understanding Spanish) and makes you wait on her. She takes several smoke breaks and closes whenever she wishes. The maintenance supervisor is very racist and makes a lot of racial comments, particular about black people. I had an incident with him and wrote a letter to the office and the response that I received was terrible. The office manager called me and was very disrespectful and refused to give me higher management s number then she hung up on me. Since writing this letter they have retaliated against me. My apartment has rats and the office manager has verbally refuses to send maintenance out to my apartment stating it s better for me not to send maintenance to the apartment so you don t accuse him . They have more than one maintenance person working there. So now it stands that my three children have to sleep in the same bedroom as me because we have rats and they are scared. Not to mention that my children have health issues and this very unhealthy also. We are force to spend a lot time away from the apartment.I pay $900 for a three bedroom and pay on time each month; it s unfair to live like this. Several people hate it here; but what can we do. Were all just in hell. Thank heavens that God is able and will.

Mr/Mrs My family and i moved in about 5 years ago and so far this has been the best apartment complex ever, from Maintenance to Management. The maintenance guys are meticulous and take care of problems quickly and the new Manager has been the best we've had in years!! Since she's been here she has improved the condition of the grounds, very receptive and know how to solve problems and concerns in a timely manner. Rats!!?? never seen one around and believe me i do know other neighbors in the complex and never heard this before...remember i've been here a while; we would probably have to go to your apartment and see how you live and we could go from there, i can't just believe you that maintenace and management didn't do anything about your rats in your apartment when they are so good at keeping the property and the apartments soo neat. Racists?? does that make anysense to you?? most of us are black here and we all get along with Management, you for sure have some issues going on, good luck!
