Q: Why doesn't the access gate work?
A: The access gates are always working, I drive through them everyday with my card. Are you talking about the gates for the condos across the street? Q: Berkshires at Citrus Park...What's it like at these apts?
A: We lived on the first floor and a noisy neighbor moved in about 8 months into our lease. There's not really anything you can do about that if you move into a complex that was built with frame. The only solution is to move into one that is concrete, but the downside to that is they are usually older. I never heard flushing toilets or anything, and I would say it's definitely not ghetto. Anyone who tells you otherwise has never even explored the rest of the Tampa Bay area. You could always request to be on the 3rd floor in the back of the building. That's probably your quietest location. Also if you get a 1 or 2 bedroom, you will not be in a building with larger families. Q: Has anyone been burlarized?

Q: Apartment Insurance?
A: So if it's an option then go to the apartment manager and tell them you do not want renters ins. and see what they tell you. Look at the lease and let me know if your lease said it was optional? I have been told you must have renters ins. to rent now...period. So good luck renting anywhere and if you don't have it you WILL be evicted and thats that. I really don't care what you do. If you decide to not have it you will carry the burden of your choice. When you have a tornado, hurricane or anything happens and you have nothing left then you will wish you did. Fire, dog bite from neighbors dog and they don't have it, then you pay for the hospital and try to get something from the person who decided not to have it because they thought it was a choice not required.
