I moved to the Tampa area with my family and loved the area, loved the community. If my husband could have found work in his related field, I dont think I would have ever left Heritage Pines. The price was unbelieveable for all of the amenities that are included. Our apartment was much bigger than any house I could get at the price. We had 4 bedrooms, and 3, yes 3 full baths! My sons loved to walk the grounds, on occasion we would see a deer or cranes, beautiful! It was a very family oriented community and well taken care of. The staff was nice and understanding when I explained my reason for moving. If you have children and are looking for a great place to live for a very reasonable price, you should definitely check them out.

you must have lived there before it became what others state as ghetto new tampa. Glad you and yours had a pleasant experience. Based on all the previous comments, and with all due respect, I think I will continue searching. All the best to you and your family. Thanks.
