I have lived here for over 2 years. The apartment is spacious, but the layout means that there is a lot of waisted space. There is usualy parking within 1 block of my building, but sometimes the lot is full. There are no hookers are drug dealers on the street corners, but there are lots of kids. Most seem harmless and funloving, but some just sit around and smoke untill maintance scares them away. The stairs are horrible. They are loose and wobbly, and make terrible noise inside my apartment, especialy when the neighborhood kids run up and down the stairs.

Aside from the crummy stairs, my only real complaint is the security gate...it is just a gate, NO FENCE!!! Anyone in a pickup truck or on foot can just go around it...they don't even have to climb. Of course the thing is busted open most of the time anyway.

If you have a dead-end job in new tampa, this just might be the place for you!
