What a beautiful complex I thought when I first saw it. I should have known something was wrong with a police substation 300 feet away down the road. Management needs to take classes in english and human relations. Mold is a option in your apt. When you call to get it taken care of, the maintenence is more than happy to come and paint over it. The best way to describe the other tenants would be summed up in one word: CANCER. Every pitiful walk of life lives there. The walls are wet-paper bag thin, don't lean on them or you will fall through. For the first 2 months, the tenant under me didn't understand the concept of volume-control. The "people" (I use that term loosely) above me must be on meth, because I would hear the vacuum running at 2 in the morning. Every so often there will be a ghetto block party at 1 in the morning in the parking lot, once again thank you police for only being 300 feet away. I'm would be scared if I had a family, but I live alone, so I only worry about my auto. I fully expect to go to work one day and for my auto to be stolen, on fire, or worse. PEOPLE, DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE MOVING HERE. Pay a little extra for a apartment, you're paying for sanity.

Wow! Where do you live, I live in Building 11 at the end and I love it, aside from the children in the street every now and thenI really haven't had any issues, Everyone talks about the mold in the homes, I haven't experienced this at all. Yeah it can get loud outside at times however It does'nt last long. I work in LE and I'm not really worried about anyone messing with my auto because trust me....they will get shot. I haven't had any issues with the staff, when I ask for something they usually get right to it,I guess everyones experience is different. I read these reviews before I moved in two years ago and wasn't bothered by them and I have been happy ever since.
