I have lived here for the past two years and for about the first year never encountered a single problem. The staff has always been somewhat pleasent, while the maintinance people are relatively decent.

Now the past year has been horrible. My car has been broken into several times as well as a few of my neighbors vehicles. The was recently a murder in the building next to ours which makes me question my safety.

Besides the above, which most people may be able to look beyond considering the affordable rent and it's close location to USF, the only other problem I have are with the pine trees. Their sap will ruin your paint job. I know I could purchase a car cover and this might seem petty, but to me it is an issue that someone should know about.

To those seriously considering this complex unless the price is irresistable, I would suggest looking somewhere else. Just a suggestion! Renter Beware...
