I hate Hidden Palms- Period. The property is unattractive. They do not supply nearly enough parking, I as well as my husband have gotten parking tickets due to having to improvise a spot. Our apartment is falling apart and nothing on our move in check list has even been taken care of. The office staff suck. Suzan, Jodi and Suzanne are all ------- who will do nothing to help you. They seem to think this crappy property is luxury.. personally after 3 miserable months.. we are moving to St. Croix. Hidden Palms took out a bag of trash, a cardboard box and a pizza box from in front of our door and tried to charge us $125.00 for it.It is really inconvenient to carry trash down 3 flights of stair and across the complex to the dumpster, st croix has valet trash. For $600, the least the maintanence can do is take out the trash, because they do nothing else. I will say two of the staff Simone from the office and Tim from maint. are great but that about it, the rest of the maint. doesnt even speak English, so there is really know way to actually explain what you need fixed so they have to do it 3 times before they get it correct. The property management like I said is bitchy and rude. I just cant stand it here. When we moved in they told us we had a first floor apartment, turned out to be the 3rd. They charged us $10 on our rent because we have "lake view". My ass. since we live on the 3rd floor the tree tops block out most of what you could only call a retention ditch with a small water spout in the middle.DO NOT MOVE TO HIDDDEN PALMS OR YOU WILL BE SORRRRRYYY!!!

Have you ever thought that maybe the office staff is bitchy to you because they get constant complaints about the smell of your rotting garbage??? Hello!

I think that you are an idiot!! The office staff is great, my favorite being Jodi. You are probally the stupid lazy a$$ person who put a bag of trash near my apartment door one night. I put my trash out at night so that I can take it to the trash in the morning and NEVER got sited for it. The only thing I agree with you on out of all your moronic statements is the parking. The parking does suck but I never seen anyone get a ticket for parking creatively, and I have seen some creative parking.
