Crap crap crap, but okay if you're desperate for a "cheap" apartment compared to the expensive surrounding complexes.

Never follow through on noise complaints when they say they will. Walls are paper thin and you can hear bass through your walls at all hours of the night. Not a very well lit community at night except for the one light that never fails to shine on my face through the cheap blinds at night. Countertops stain too easily... if you set a hot pizza box on the counter for two minutes, it stains the counter and you will have to pay. The apartment you move into looks nothing like the model... the cabinets in theirs are beautiful, but yours will be gray and ugly... terrible quality, the drawers always squeal. Most of the neighbors are rude and glare as you walk by them. The gym is poorly equiped. The pool and hot tub have "closing hours", which is ridiculous. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
