Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
Noisy, dirty, drug dealers & buyers, late night drunks, trash everywhere, inadequate parking, abandoned cars, unsafe for non-criminals and an unresponsive ineffective staff make Hidden Palms less than an undesirable to rent for any normal person. However, if you enjoy living amongst squalor need to purchase drugs in the middle of the night and are a socially-challenged individual, you will enjoy living at Hidden Palms.
