I've lived here at Hidden Palms for a year and upon the first day moving in I've had problems. ALWAYS look at the apartment before you sign ANYTHING, especially if it's for a "deal" on early move-in. My fuse box was so old and worn down my father who is a contractor said the apartment should be condemned. I had an electrical fire start in my bedroom from it. I've been getting sick every time I take a shower and find out they simply caulked over mold so I have to bleach my bathtub every day. I don't think anyone who lives here actually works with only a few exceptions. The parking lot is a hazard with people parking along curbs making it impossible to back out and decreasing visibility to where you have to just hope no one is coming in your direction. There's never any parking after 5pm unless it's a club night. Dogs bark at all hours, no one honors the weight restriction or pet limit and poop is everywhere. Don't trust the crime tracker, as I know for a fact there have been crimes reported here, but the street doesn't even exist on that program so none of the reports are shown. Overall, for the price, the place is worthless except for the location, but even that I'm willing to give up for a safer place to live.
