I love this place. The freaking closets are HUGE, I think I can fit a full size bed in mine. The rent isn't bad but it is starting to go up like every other apartment complex in Tampa (Damn condos). I looovvee the staff. I have always gotten help from them when I needed it. I have only have a few minor maintence problems, the dishwasher (old as dirt) and there was a leak but that was fix. I did read a comment that said she had to get her lawyers to have them replace the drywall b/c of the leak..I just called maintence. There was a mold issue but only in the laundry room which is outside. The drywall was missing in the laudry room for a majority of my lease but it is finally remodeled like they said was going to be done. I guess I am lucky, unlike the soem of the other commentor. I have never had my car broken into, never been shot at, I have great neighbors, my a/c never broke, dont have mold inside the apt, dont have roaches(b/c i'm not dirty) and never been ticketed for creative parking. yes the parking does suck a little..
