I have been here 5 months now, I have complained verbally and in writing 5 times becasue my stove doesn't work. My apartment has been completely flooded twice, and neitehr time did they remove the water, the last time they ripped aprt the fan in the batheroom, and there is a ton of water damage, they refuse to come and repair. The lake fountain is broken so the algae smell is horrible, and every single day all the dumpsters are over loaded and laying all over the streets. Its very unsafe near the mailbox at night, and management has told me twice they "don't plan on doing anything about it". This is the worst dump in North tampa, PLEASE do not even consider this complex! Horrible bug problem!

Oh, and the roaches are insane. They are everywhere, and staff (donnette) said "sorry", and rolled her eyes.

are you insane? First off, water damage is not covered in this state by any apartment complex, that's a renter's insurance issue. Secondly, there are FAR worse places to live. Go move back in with mommy and daddy if you want to coddled.

I had the same problem when i lived there. My apartment floode twice. I guess it was the apartment above me because the ceiling caved in and flooded the gole place with 3 inches of water. I was out of town and all of my stuff was ruined. Now they are charging me 700 dollars and ruining my credit. Make sure they do not do the same to you. The property manager is lackluster and i feel sort of bad for her intelligence level.
