Lights Flickering..............But no need to worry.

My lease is up in one week. I started having problems about one week ago with my lights in the kitchen and dining room. They stopped working. I thought the lights were just burned out but then the air conditioning stopped working also. I called maintenance and left a message. They came and left a note that said they temporary fixed the problem but not to run my air or oven until the electrician came the next day to fix the problem. Well the electrician supposedly came but could not fix the problem. I was informed by the property manager that the problem was something to do with the electrical box outside and that it would take two weeks to fix because they had to order a part. In the mean time my lights in my bedroom, living room and bathroom all started flickering if the air conditioning is running. I called and complained the first time it happened they said it was fine no need to worry. They said that I could just turn the air off since it was cool out. I have not been living at my place for almost 10 days now because I can not stand my lights flickering all the time. I think they have no intentions of fixing the problem anytime soon and are just waiting for me to move out and not worry about it. I am no electrician but lights flickering seem to be a major problem possibly even a fire hazard. I will never lease from this place again.
