Don't be fooled by the nice staff, that won't last long. As soon as the least is singed you will see the dark side. I have lived here for less than three months and i want out now. I have mold every where. Nothing has been fixed since i moved into a unit that was suppose to be rent ready.
I have creepy crawly things all over, i have bee using roach spray. I have spiders in my bedroom and the nice white walls are hiding mold which is starting to show through and i'm starting to feel sick. Every morning i have to open the doors or my head just keeps pounding, the carpet is smelly and i suspect that they painted over the bugs and other insects that were nesting here instead of cleaning then painting.
Parking is hell & i have seen the police here several times investigating and taking finger prints from cars that have been broken into. Call Tampa PD for more info if you think any of this is not true.
So far management has said nothing that i know of to residents about this.
I pay rent but i stay away as much as possible because i don't feel safe. The place is dark and there is always someone waking across the lawn looking over his/her shoulder as if expecting trouble.
Drive slow and be alert, parking is horrible so people park anywhere and pull out without looking. I can't wait until this semester is over.
I have heard stories about who could be breaking into cars and that complaining about the condition of your apt could lead to trouble, if you get my drift.
