This complex has a serious problem with car vandalism. My neighbor has had his car broken into on 2 separate occasions and his roommate's car broken into one other time. The first time it was broken into, 5 other cars were hit as well. The property managers told them there was nothing they can do about it. I find that hard to believe.
There is a slight mold problem in the laundry rooms outside, but that can be prevented if you keep it aired out and clean. I've never had a problem with maintenance fixing things and the apartments are nice.

I have been here at Hidden Palms for almost 4 years...I love it ! The staff is nice and the maintanance is prompt....I dont have any problems at all and when something does go out, they are right on it for me....and no, I dont go into the office to chit chat and become freinds just to get what I want. I am sure most of these reviews are because someone is getting evicted or for some other reason, and I am sure there are legit problems, but what apt complex does not have unhappy people living there....hey, its the pros and cons of apt living...its not perfect, never will be, never has been....of course, I do know that most of these reviews are so elaborate....makes me laugh !

well I'm glad you're laughing. Come live in my apartment and see how funny it is. I think it's great that you are happy here. Quite frankly, I'm jealous. I think this entire complex sucks. And it is not because I'm in trouble or threatened to be evicted or any of that. I'm going on 2 years here and have never had a personal issue with anybody and never once been late on my rent. Their service sucks, the apartments suck, they are old, moldy, bug infested, and the front office staff is totally careless to your needs.
