If you enjoy being woken up every day from barking dogs and listening to them throughout the day, you'll like this place. Apparently residents are encouraged to leave their dogs unattended on the patio so the rest of the community can listen to incessant barking when the owners are away.

air conditioner is very noisy as well

you must live in building 6. Same problem here! the F'ing dog is driving me insane!!! I've complained to the office SEVERAL times and they have done NOTHING. Front office staff is incompetent and do not meet your needs. I agree, if you like to be disturbed all the time and breathing in nasty ass air from the A/C unit that's 100 years old, then you should live here. GROSS!
