I've been at Hidden Palms for over 5 years. They recently changed managers and it all went down the tubes. The office staff doesn't have a clue what they're doing and the maintenance staff is an absolute JOKE! They promise to get the work done and six weeks later - you're still begging the office to get it done. I've had ZERO light in my kitchen for over a month and they refuse to fix it...no dishwasher....only one burner on the stove works...the refrigerator is falling apart...They are very unhelpful and unwilling to help.
