RUN LIKE HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From: donna792001 Date posted: 5/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   OMFG crack head haven. My apartment was robbed in BROAD DAYLIGHT it was a WEDNESDAY between 130 and 4pm OMG and of course none of the people sitting outside smoking week saw anything. they got us for 10,000$ worth of stuff. I was Sacred for my life to the point where i slept with my shotgun next to the bed and i carried my revolver in my pocket incase someone broke in when i was home alone. hell yeah im going to protect myself. luckily we moved out b4 i needed to. the management company is some slum lord in NY who has been suied by 100's of people Look it up im tellin you. it is NOISY and it is right next to the store and laundry mat where all the drug dealers sit from 11am to 4am everyday next to SNAX ( on either corner). the neighbors were shmucks and there was a cop car i kid you not everyday in the parking lot dealing with someone. but the police wouldnt get there for about 45 minutes when you needed them. Its so bad that 99% of the pizza delivery guys WILL NOT come there past 5pm because they have been robbed before. including hungry howies on hillsborough. i use to work there. ive heard the stories. dude seriously Please dont live there. Especially if you have a nice car ( i had an RX8 and a GSXR1000 and my car got keyd and my bike got tipped.) do not move there if you have children. it is one of the worst places ive EVER lived and i have lived in brooklyn and queens and los angeles so ive seen my share of slums. but my god not like this! Run like hell!!!
