I have been here 3 years, I have had no mayor complains, other than once or twice some noice coming from my upstairs neighbor. I advised them , noise stopped. I mess with no one and keep in my home, no one messes with me. Yes there are lots of ghetto people, especially ---------(cubans) adults sitting on the stairs. But that has stopped. Lots of kids outside looking for trouble. I had a little kid about 6 (where in heaven was mom, you figure) jump in front of my moving car while i was driving down the parking lot.
I think mngmt needs to deal little bit more with the kids issue. Parents need to deal with their kids problems not the neighborhood........... SO KEEP YOUR KIDS IN .....
Othere than that, never had a problem, work orders are taken care quite fast, thanks to "Pablo"........
By the way I have no kind of program sponsering my apartment !
Overall, I have just renewd my lease......... Girls @ the office are great !
