The apartments themselves are fairly nice and the management and maintenance crews do a pretty good job. Pablo and Greg, the main maintenance guys are really good and great guys, but there is a major problem here. The teenagers that hang out in the stairwells are OUT OF CONTROL. It's ridiculous. I have a 7 and 5 year old little girls and they can't walk out the door without hearing a barrage of "f*ck" and "p*ssy" comments from these kids. We live on the 3rd floor and the kids come up to the stairwell right outside our apartment and draw on everything with markers and spit everywhere. It's actually really disgusting. There's been major problems with teenage drivers gathering in the parking lot by the pool and playing their music extremely loud. I live probably 2 buildings down and I can hear it. I really feel bad for the people who live in the adjacent apartments.

Also, my wife's car was broken into and the entire lock was ripped out of the door. They didn't steal anything, but they left all the lights on and both doors open which killed the battery which isn't fun to find when you're trying to take your kid to school.

As I said, the apartments themselves are nice and the price is awesome ($760 for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath which includes $20 per month for the stupid gas clothes dryer rental and cable), but they need to hire some kind of security to keep the vagrants under control. They're not so bad that you feel unsafe here, but it's definitely a nuisance and they have very little respect for anyone or anything. In addition, they have a VERY strict no pet policy, so don't think you're going to sneak a cat or dog in. Ain't gonna happen.

Edit- Also, I'd like to add that because there's gas in these apartments, they have CO2 and gas detecters (in the kitchen/living room area there are 3 alone) and the things are constantly going off. There's not a day that goes by that you don't hear one of these alarms going off in an apartment. They also just painted the exterior of the apartments in November 2007 which was nice.
