I have had a great experience renting from Hyde Park Apartments. The staff is friendly and responsive. Any maintenance issues are handled correctly and on the same day as reported. Although the building was built in the 1920s, it is obvious that great care has gone into its upkeep and maintenance. The landscaping was attractive and well cared for. In short, Hyde Park Apartments is a first class operation, the most professional landlords from whom I have rented, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to prospective tenants.
