Property Manager From: zifcpa Date posted: 7/3/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   The response from management for minor repairs and dealing with issues has been excellent. There was a plumbing leak on one of the top floors that created some water damage in my bathroom on the first floor. I notified the manager and her repair person was there immediately to not only fix the leak but replaced a section of the damaged wall the next day. They were quick, clean and efficient! I was also in a very tight bind recently because my movers were several weeks late delivering my furniture and they decided to show up when I was out of town. I called the property manager and although she wasn't on call for the weekend agreed to be there on a Saturday to make sure my movers could deliver my furniture. I can't imagine many friends doing this for me much less a property manager for an apartment. I can't express my appreciation for the quality and commitment of these folks.
