It takes to long to get anything fixed. The appliances are to old, The air conditioners are to old and leaks and the wireing is wrong to where it could cause a fire. There is no security, the lighting is not good to see, the trees need to be trimmed around the electrical wires and parking is not good. The gates are never working so anyone is able to have access. This place needs a major overhaul of work. The owner makes thousands a month and can't even put in new repairs unless you are moving out. The Better Business Bureau needs to come and inspect and the health department as well.
