Saddest thing I remeber was waking up one morning to hear huge crashing sounds.The young female a few apts down lost her job her mother died and she was trying to catch up on her rent.One day while she was job hunting her unemloyment had not yet kicked in.The staff at quail oaks opened her apt on the sec floor and begun to throw her personal things out off the balcony she was on the sec floor I heard a man laugh as he yelled "bombs away" and the guy below stood as her dresser crashed onto the lawn in front of the apt below.It went on for over a hour tossing clothes furinture everything she owned then a guy loaded it up in a truck and hualed it to the dumpster down the end of the driveway.I watched as a little black boy took her stereo and a guy missing a foot that can barley walk drug her dinning room table away to his apartment.Why didn't they put it in a storage area' Made no sense ,later she came home cried and fell down in tears. I and my roomate helped her dig what was left of her broken things from the trash heap and stacked them up for her.She was going to stay at the Salvation army shelter till she located and started a new job.
As for Quail oaks' It was managed pretty @#$%.... well i'll say could have been improved. I rember some stalker the police chased away that was hanging out near the pool and raquet ball court He was one big scary black dude I would not #$@^.. with
seemed like after the office closed at night
all the trash would come out esp on saturday nights groups of car clubs and gangs would cruise in and just set in the parking lot at 11pm to 2am blasting music mainly on sat nights I'm talking like 10-15 cars at a time kids drinking throwing bottles and looking for cars to break into was a common thing.I often heard gun shots to .

Quail oaks made me save every penny I earned as motivation to buy a home.Had quail oaks been nicer i might still be in a apt so im thankful it was crappy and taught me a lesson
