"The All New Quail Oaks Apartments"(First lie, Quail oaks was built in 1984, not 2004, and all that is new is the carpet and the brick accents only on the buildings that can be seen from the street)Cont. "is a luxury community of beauty, quality and elegance" (while this is purely opinion none of those adjectives have ever blurted out of anyone's mouth at first glance of Quail Oaks)cont."surronded by beautifully landscaped grounds and lakes"(Actually the west side borders a very active railroad, and light manufacturing complex. The east borders a high crime income restricted "Luxury Community" called Waterford)cont. "all within a controlled access gate" (ask anybody in tampa Quail Oaks gate works about 3 days of any given calendar year, the office knows that why do the keep advertising it, it's a matter of character)"All apartment homes include full-size washer and dryers"(accurate but I've heard the reliability on some are less than desirable)cont. "Designer Kitchens with self cleaning ovens and icemakers"( the designer must have been Helen Keller and they advertise the oven and icemaker like its special or unique, this really attracts people from third world nations.)This is my personal favorite qoute "quail oaks is minutes away from beautiful Gulf beaches, downtown, and Tampa Airport"(lets be more precise approx depending on traffic 140 minutes away fom a gulf beach, 25 minutes from downtown, about five minutes away fom the airport, this is evident because Quail Oaks is right under the landing path for, most notably, Southwest Airlines, Who lands at least 30 planes a day at all hours. Yeah a 747 at 1500 over your uniques loft apt. gets tiring. The rest of the ad talks about how great the maintmence and staff is which is pure opinion. If the maintmence was soooooooooo great the why hasn't the hurricane damage to my apartment even been looked at yet' I have called and its been six months.

Wow this is a long review. This guy is serious about his displeasure. He's very opinionated and has most of his facts wrong. But this is America and we'll let any coke snorting Texan be President.

This guys facts are pretty much correct.. except that Southwest only flys 737's. He should've mentioned the 22 other airlines, and cargo carriers that land all day and night. (FedEx lands a huge DC-10 at like 6:30 AM)

this guy is absolutely correct. I don't know what facts imeatno thinks is wrong. Each thing is listed and explained. Imeatno, do you work for the office? Also, does your name represent the fact that you don't have oral copulation with men?
